Shader: Newb X Unwind

How to enable: This Android shader does not work in the default client. Import the .mcpack through MB Loader, MC Patched, or another RenderDragon shader loader; disable every Autofix toggle in MB Loader.

Newb X Unwind is a RenderDragon shader with detailed skies, reflections, rain, and several cloud styles. It is not a Vibrant Visuals pack.
