Tree Capitator speeds up gathering wood while showing a falling-tree animation. Break a log with a suitable axe or shears to process the connected tree, instead of climbing up and removing every trunk block by hand. The effect gives harvesting a visible sense of weight and motion.
Harvesting behavior
The add-on also handles foliage and vines when using shears. Wood and other applicable vanilla drops remain collectible, including saplings and apples where the tree normally provides them. Items appear around the original tree location, even though the animation makes the trunk appear to fall away.
The current package is 1.7.3. Activate both packs so the harvesting logic and animated models load together. This is the Tree Capitator edition by BAKUTHEBUILDER, with its own harvesting effect and visuals.
