Addon: Social Villagers
Author: FleetMCStudio
Contextual dialogue
The addon gives villagers 120 voiced lines for greetings, work, sleep, danger, trading, gossip, jokes and weather. The selected phrase depends on nearby players, mobs, blocks and other villagers, so conversations fit the current situation.
Emotions and personalities
Villagers show animated expressions for happiness, anger, fear, sadness, surprise, sleepiness, curiosity and disgust. They can laugh, cry, sit, dance, celebrate or stop to think. Cheerful, timid, grumpy, brave and chatty personalities further change their reactions.

Reactions to the world
Breaking beds, placing valuable blocks, using TNT, lighting fires, launching fireworks, ringing bells and playing records can all draw attention. Villagers also respond to hostile mobs, animals, injured players, invisibility, sneaking and prolonged staring.
Village relationships
Residents talk among themselves and may gather around a conversation. A reputation system tracks helpful and harmful actions, while trades, gifts and emeralds produce their own responses. Children have separate dialogue and playful behavior.
Parties and unusual interactions
Music from a jukebox can start a village party with group dancing. Villagers may mimic some player movements. Shears can even remove a villager's nose as an item, which can later be returned. The systems work in multiplayer.
How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
