Addon: JAVA PVP CORE(Achievements Friendly)
Author: YTAUN-VIETNAM
Java PvP Core rebuilds Bedrock combat around Java Edition timing and damage rules. Every attack uses a visible cooldown meter; striking early reduces damage, while a fully charged sword attack can perform a sweep when the player is standing still.

The damage calculation accounts for armor toughness, Sharpness, Smite, Bane of Arthropods, Strength and Weakness. Falling attacks deal critical damage, shields negate valid hits, saturation restores health according to Java behavior, and Totems of Undying remain compatible with the custom damage system.
Vanilla weapons work automatically. Add-on developers can tag custom items with damage and cooldown values, choose whether they count as swords and assign alternate cooldown icons. An optional integration layer can also detect third-party weapons that were not prepared specifically for this core.

The project keeps achievements enabled. Its recent compatibility changes isolate missing API features instead of allowing one unsupported call to disable the entire combat system.
How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
