Paranoia Roulette imposes a new survival rule every 75 seconds and punishes players who fail it.

Twenty procedural mandates cycle through a short warning phase and a 25-second active phase. Poltergeist events, synchronized multiplayer timers, individual checks and bounty rewards maintain pressure around a base.
The new mechanics are designed to fit into Bedrock worlds without requiring a separate custom map.
The addon works without experimental toggles and is designed for Realms and dedicated servers.
How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
