Addon: Scorched Earth Protocol
Scorched Earth Protocol transforms the entire survival loop into an early-development zombie apocalypse. Every biome is turned into a dry desert with scorched skies, infected creatures appear across the world, and randomly assembled abandoned villages become the main source of supplies. Gore and custom sound effects are part of the presentation.

The action bar displays thirst, energy and blood. Sprinting drains energy, while walking or standing allows it to recover. Canned drinks found in abandoned villages restore some thirst but do not solve the problem completely.

Plastic can be collected in settlements and from infected creatures, then smelted into Melted Plastic. It is used to make bottles for water. Water must be treated with purification tablets before drinking, turning ruined villages into important stops during long journeys.

Attacks from infected creatures can cause bleeding. A rag or plaster stops it only temporarily, while a bandage closes the wound properly. Empty blood bags can be filled from an infected corpse, cleaned with Potassium Iodide and combined with a cactus needle before the blood is safe to use.

The pack also adds custom melee weapons, interactive loot blocks and vanilla-style structures and entities. Infected hordes remain a constant threat, so building a base and managing supplies are essential.

The behavior and resource packs are both required and are bundled together in the provided file. Achievements remain available, no player files are replaced and no experimental toggles are needed.

How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
