Addon: 7 Days to Live BE

7 Days to Live turns the world into psychological survival horror. Progression is tied to days: pressure grows, encounters become more dangerous and the environment begins to feel as if it is watching the player. The addon uses loud sounds, jumpscares, unsettling ambience and visual effects. It is not recommended for low-end devices, and multiplayer may be unstable.

Sanity system

Low sanity weakens the player and changes perception. Voices, whispers, fake players, shadows, hostile hallucinations and private visual effects can appear. Attacks, surviving nights, food, items and special interactions affect sanity.

Entities

Smiling Freak is the main stalker and can suddenly turn observation into a chase. Forest Troll guards the forest. Minions attack in groups. Wraith Cat relies on speed and sound. Devil Hand uses watching and grabbing mechanics. Hovering Gazer lurks above the player, Acid Dissolver attacks with acid, and Wendigo creates constant chase pressure.

The roster also includes Arachnoseeker, Human Spider, Floating Eye, Scrofa, Mammoth, sanity-linked Wraiths and Phantoms, Fake Players, Agent Peter, Corrupted Husk and Blocky Raven. Different creatures make the player hide, run, avoid eye contact or prepare before night.

Horror events

Day-based events include stalking windows, unnatural ambience, sudden silence, fake apparitions, forced encounters, Bloodmoons, nightmares, fog, visibility changes and story-style sequences.

Survival systems

Killing entities rewards Scrap used in a shop. Extra combat systems and weapons help fight back. Some enemies can climb or break blocks, and sleeping is not always safe.

Items include Agaric with weak regeneration, Cordage, Wood Cross against Forest Troll, Bandages, Boxes with food and a Teddy that restores health and stabilizes the mind when hugged.

Audio warning

Distorted screams, metallic impacts, whispers, sudden thuds, silence cuts and chase music may play without warning. Very high headphone volume is not recommended.
