Pocket Portals lets you carry Nether and End portals as items. Place a portal wherever it is needed, use it normally, then pick it up and move it to another location.
The mechanic is useful for cave exploration, distant bases and survival builds where a permanent portal frame would be inconvenient. Both portal types remain compact and reusable.
How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
