DoubleHands makes the offhand usable for more than a visual display. You can carry a working secondary item while keeping a tool or weapon in the main hand, making building, farming and exploration more convenient.

What the offhand can do
Supported actions include placing blocks, using buckets, planting seeds, lighting fires with flint and steel, and using supported projectiles or fireworks. Light-emitting items can provide offhand lighting. The secondary item appears in the proper offhand slot rather than replacing an ordinary hotbar slot.
Main-hand actions take priority. For block placement, keep the main hand empty or hold a tool; projectiles and fireworks require a tool or weapon in the main hand. Eating food from the offhand is not supported. These rules help avoid accidentally triggering two unrelated actions at once.
Swapping hands
Swap items with the Over There emote, double-sneak using the supported new controls, the /swap command, or a keyboard command macro. Use /settings to choose which methods are enabled. The command and emote options are useful when a dedicated keyboard binding is unavailable.

The addon works in single-player worlds, Realms and dedicated Bedrock servers, supports Vibrant Visuals and is achievement-friendly. The current release fixes the appearance of items such as beds, doors, campfires and trapdoors and improves compatibility with supported shield behavior.
