Holdfast turns Bedrock battles into encounters with military squads, firearms and vehicles. Its main setting is the Second World War, with American and German units, but the weapon collection also includes extra equipment outside that period.
Soldiers and squad commands
Choose a faction and coordinate soldiers with the commander radio. Orders include following, holding position, rallying and dismissing units; the status option helps check the squad. Specialist units include medics, paratroopers, mortar crews, flamethrower troops and anti-tank soldiers. Medics can support allies during fighting.
Weapons and vehicles
The arsenal includes the Colt M1911, Thompson, Mauser C96, Kar98k, MP40, StG44, BAR, MG42, a combat shotgun, grenades and an entrenching tool. Bazookas and Panzerfausts provide anti-tank firepower. Weapons have their own ammunition and animated handling.
Sherman and Tiger tanks add armored combat, with wrecks and battle effects. The current download expands tank control, weapons, mobs and missile launchers. Activate the included behavior and resource packs; the author requests Beta APIs in the world settings.
Infantry roles complement the vehicles: anti-tank troops counter armor, mortar crews support at range and medics help sustain a group. The commander radio provides a way to organize these units instead of relying only on their automatic behavior. The extra AK-47 sits outside the main historical theme.
