Addon: Dead By Daylight v2
Author: ZeroSquad [ZSQ]
Dead By Daylight v2 is the official release from Zero Squad, bringing the asymmetric horror to Minecraft Bedrock. The add-on runs on a jаvascript engine: physics, animations, health and UI are handled in real time.
Core mechanics include parkour and chases: survivors vault windows (press [JUMP]) and pallets in 0.5 seconds, killers vault slower (1.1 seconds) and can break pallets in 2.6 seconds. Window blocking by an entity: if a window is vaulted 3 times within 30 seconds, it will be blocked with spikes.

Generators and skillchecks: survivors must repair 5 generators (hold [CROUCH]) to escape. Random skillchecks appear during repairs with ping compensation. After repairs, the gates open and a siren is sounded across the map.
Killer arsenal and terror radius: play as the Trapper with a mask and bear traps that injure survivors. When the killer approaches, survivors hear heartbeat and experience screen shake at distances of 32, 16 and 8 meters; stealthy killers can disable this effect.

Health states and hooks: health stages are Healthy ➡️ Injured ➡️ Downed with a custom crawling animation; injured players leave blood trails. A classic three-stage hook system is implemented. Survivors unhooked receive 10 seconds of "Borrowed Time" providing resilience and speed.
Lockers and struggles: survivors can hide in lockers, but staying longer than 30 seconds triggers gate informers. If the killer carries a survivor on the shoulder, the struggle takes ~16.5 seconds; dropping a survivor to the ground gives +25% to the struggle meter.

Tools for map makers and admins: players choose a role ("survivor" or "killer") before a match via a special item. Jump triggers use an invisible block mi:window_vault_trigger placed in window openings and cannot be broken in Survival/Adventure. The /function reset command instantly clears player statuses, resets hooks and removes entities across all worlds. The "Addon Guide" item opens an interactive menu with the rules.
System requirements and settings: the add-on lists compatibility with Minecraft Bedrock 26.40+ and states that "Beta APIs" (GameTest Framework) must be enabled, otherwise scripts and generators will not work. The package was checked on version 26.52.
How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
