Stages and symptoms

The condition progresses through Healthy, Exposed, Infected, Advanced and Critical stages. Symptoms can include weakness, hunger, slowness, nausea, coughing, darkness and damage. Infection persists between sessions instead of disappearing when the player leaves the world.

Survival supplies

Bandages, antibiotics and antivirals become useful supplies to carry and search for. An in-game guide explains the infection mechanics and treatment items, helping you plan what to keep ready before entering dangerous areas.

Contaminated locations

The current version adds contamination zones where remaining inside increases the risk. Infected villages, abandoned houses and military areas provide places to explore for supplies, with medical loot varying by location. The addon makes preparation, retreat and scavenging part of surviving an outbreak.
