Addon: Auri's Clouds

Auri's Clouds replaces flat decorative clouds with volumetric particle formations that move through the world itself. The current Cumulus edition creates large soft cloud masses that remain visible from the ground and while flying.

The clouds are particles rather than a skybox texture, so they have a stronger sense of depth and can pass around the player. Their appearance is designed to work with modern lighting and visually rich survival worlds.

The current build also reworks the appearance of vanilla rain and thunderstorms so the new cloud layer fits the weather. On weaker devices, reducing render distance can help keep the effect smooth.

Because the formations exist in the world as particles, flying through the cloud layer feels more substantial than passing through a flat sky texture.
