Addon: The Cryptid Bedrock Port
Author: Nick30004

Stalking behavior
The Cryptid hides behind blocks, peeks around corners and uses distant laughter before beginning a direct attack. It can climb walls, swim after the player, crawl through tunnels and retreat when injured.
Adaptive pursuit

Common defenses do not always work. The monster can leap onto towers, pull a target down, punish a simple escape attempt and break through ordinary barricades. Obsidian remains the reliable material for stopping it.
Being caught
The grab attack is shown from the victim's perspective. The creature throws and repeatedly slams the player, making armor far less useful than it is against normal mobs. A Totem of Undying may provide a final chance to survive.

Sound and atmosphere
Custom chase music replaces the normal soundtrack during a hunt. Whispers, mockery and distant screams follow the player between encounters, while an increasingly red screen signals that the Cryptid is getting closer.
How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
