Æon Structures is an exploration add-on about traces left by lost civilizations, alternate histories and Minecraft's own past. Its landmarks generate rarely, encouraging long journeys and making each discovery feel unusual.

Prehistoric sites include enormous rib cages and fossilized whales. Ancient civilizations are represented by Egyptian pyramids, the Library of Alexandria, obelisks, Greek temples and Aztec ruins. Medieval castles and manors, secluded Japanese houses, ships from the Age of Sail and fictional steampunk machinery broaden the historical range.

Some structures contain enemies, treasure or exclusive equipment. Egyptian chambers, for example, may hold Pharaoh armor and a khopesh. Other locations exist mainly as environmental storytelling and leave their purpose open to interpretation.

The collection also revives pieces of early Minecraft history, including the Infdev brick pyramid and immense obsidian walls. The project targets Bedrock 26.30 and remains in active development, with additional eras and discoveries planned.
