Addon: Block Roulette

Block Roulette makes the ground unpredictable. Every block a player steps on is immediately replaced by a random block, and every 30 seconds the entire 8x8 area nearby reshuffles into a mix of almost 100 blocks.

Commands:

/function randomstop stops the randomizer for everyone
/function randomstart starts it again

How to install the add-on

Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
