Addon: Otherworldly
Otherworldly is a large Minecraft Bedrock addon that expands normal survival with new bosses, caves, mobs, items, blocks, biomes and mechanics. It adds more reasons to explore the world and makes progression more dangerous without requiring experimental toggles.
The addon supports Minecraft 26.30 and above, does not use player.json and is available in several languages. If the player is unsure about a block or enemy, the Spectral Amulet can show enemy characteristics and the tool needed to mine an Otherworldly block.

Fishing and luck
The fishing update adds six new fishing rods, including a Fire Fishing Rod for fishing directly in lava. More than 35 catches are included: normal fish with raw and cooked variants, lava and cave species, plus the Enchanted Golden Fish.
The luck system reacts to player actions and only affects bonus rewards. Good luck increases the chance of extra ores, experience, crops, rare fish and treasures. Bad luck removes bonuses, leaving only base loot.
Cemeteries and gravestones
A cursed cemetery forms when at least four cursed gravestones are placed nearby. In this area, players can obtain spectral pieces and craft the Totem of Recovery, which creates a gravestone after death and sends the coordinates of the death location.
Breaking blocks in a cemetery can trigger the eternal wrath of the Nocturnal Shade. The curse can be removed by eating Melon Red Pie crafted with red slimeballs.
Structures, caves and biomes
The world gains many new places to explore: floating islands, desert temples, towers, castles, camps, cemeteries, mining houses, volcanoes, cursed ships, old towers, ruins, anthills and other structures.
Underground areas also expand with new cave types: jungle, deep jungle, desert, cold, mushroom and swamp caves. New biomes and dangerous spider nests can generate too, with spider nests now appearing underground.
Bosses and mini-bosses
Otherworldly includes several powerful enemies. Lynx can reward ancient ingots, ancient apples and the Spider Staff on higher difficulty. Lumimoth is connected to titanium ore, loot bags and baby Lumimoth rewards.
Soul Thief is crafted in the cemetery from spectral pieces and ancient bone. Scarking is a deadly Pumpkin Rider on a Zombie Horse that summons cursed pumpkins. Harrowing is a flying boss and successor of Soul Thief with powerful attacks.
Difficulty and progression
The difficulty system was reworked: enemy spawn rate is shared across modes, but loot chances, AI and mob behavior depend on the selected difficulty. On higher difficulty, enemies see farther, react better and gain extra abilities.
Expert Mode gives more loot and experience, lets mobs choose targets more intelligently and makes the world more dangerous after boss victories. In Hardcore worlds, Expert Mode is always active and cannot be disabled.
