Addon: Immortal Dogs

Immortal Dogs is a small utility addon for Minecraft Bedrock that protects tamed wolves from dying. Your loyal pet will no longer be lost to lava, fire, fall damage, explosions, monsters and other normal dangers during adventures.

The addon is useful for players who like travelling with dogs but do not want to worry about their health all the time. The protection is applied automatically after taming, and already tamed dogs also receive the effect.

What changes

• tamed dogs become immune to normal damage;
• protection is applied right after taming;
• already tamed dogs also receive protection;
• pets can be taken into caves, trips and fights more safely;
• achievements remain available;
• experimental settings are not required.

Limitation

The protection is not meant to stop forced entity removal through the kill command. Against normal gameplay dangers, tamed dogs stay protected.

Update

• applied fire immunity to remove the visual hurt effect from fire;
• achievements friendly behavior remains available;
• Minecraft Bedrock 26.10, 26.11 and 26.30 are supported.
