Verity BE introduces a yellow companion whose behavior gradually changes through four phases. Early helpful conversations give way to a more unsettling horror experience. Facial reactions, sounds and the changing personality are central to the encounter.
Conversation
Address the character with the Verity prefix in chat. Questions can concern the game, general topics, mathematics or the character itself. Replies support different languages and are not limited by your distance from the entity. Some interactions involve sounds or songs.
Required connection
This is not an offline companion. Enable Beta APIs and cheats, then use the author-specified command /script debugger connect traye.ddns.net. Conversations rely on an external service and messages are sent to that service. If the connection is absent or the service is unavailable, the character can answer only with "...".
The four phases deliberately change the tone of the encounter. The external conversation service is a functional dependency, not a decorative extra: importing the addon alone does not establish the connection. Avoid sending personal or confidential information in conversations relayed to the service.
