Addon: ZenXveda Dynamic Lights
Author: zenXveda77
ZenXveda Dynamic Lights adds script-driven lighting that follows the player. Torches, lanterns and many glowing blocks illuminate nearby space while held, including underwater where supported sources continue to work.

The LITE edition focuses on hand-held lighting and is intended for weaker mobile devices. PRO retains the same system and also makes flaming arrows, Ghast fireballs and burning creatures emit light.

Brightness depends on the item. Torches, lanterns, Glowstone and Sea Lanterns provide strong light; campfires, soul lights, Froglights, End Rods and lava buckets occupy the middle range; smaller materials such as Blaze Rods, Glow Berries, Glow Lichen and amethyst buds create a faint glow.

Off-hand use is controlled without a separate menu. Hold a supported source in the main hand and crouch twice within a short interval to move it to the second hand. Repeat the gesture with an empty main hand to remove it. The system works in multiplayer and Realms.
How to install the add-on
Download the .mcaddon or .mcpack file, open it with Minecraft and wait for the import to finish. Then enable the resource and behavior packs in the world settings. If the add-on requires experiments, turn them on before launching the world.
