Addon: Lava Rises Every 30 Seconds

Lava Rises Every 30 Seconds turns survival into a race for height. Players receive a two-minute preparation period, after which lava rises by one block at a configurable interval.

The action bar displays the current lava level and time until the next rise. Each dimension progresses independently:

• Overworld: from Y=-63 to Y=320
• Nether: from Y=0 to Y=120
• End: from Y=0 to Y=320

If a respawn point is already submerged, the addon creates a temporary 3x3 obsidian platform and moves the player onto it.

Commands

• /lava_rise:reset restarts the challenge
• /lava_rise:speed <value> changes the interval
• /lava_rise:hud true|false controls the action bar
• /lava_rise:menu opens the settings menu

Existing worlds and multiplayer are supported.
