Titans of Extinction: Apocalypse combines prehistoric wildlife with infected monsters and fortified ruins. Explore temples, castles, volcanic areas and giant-tree landscapes, then use the resources and creatures you discover to survive increasingly dangerous encounters. The full collection goes well beyond the earlier T-Rex-focused release.

Dinosaurs and domestication

Species include Tyrannosaurus, Spinosaurus, Carnotaurus, Baryonyx, Dilophosaurus, raptors, Triceratops, Titanosaurus, Gallimimus, Oviraptor and smaller creatures. Diet, aggression and useful abilities differ by species. Many tameable dinosaurs must be befriended as babies with their appropriate food; do not assume an adult predator accepts the same interaction.

Breeding creates nests with species-specific clutch sizes and timers. Hatching progresses while the world is running and can take roughly half an hour to an hour. Keep a supporting block beneath the nest and defend it from egg thieves such as Oviraptors and Deathcrawlers. After hatching, look after the young rather than treating the nest as a reusable instant-spawn item.

Infection and other inhabitants

Zombie dinosaurs cannot be tamed or bred like their living counterparts. Infected humans, armed undead and night hordes turn travel into combat. The latest collection also develops castle defenders and archer behavior, with limits intended to reduce excessive crowds.

Saurakan can become a fighting companion using the required crystal or heart-fruit items, with sit/follow behavior and equipment. Traders offer useful goods, while meat, organs, bones, chitin and unusual fruit connect exploration with feeding, equipment and survival. Recipes and drops make defeating different creatures useful for different goals.

Typical nest examples are three T-Rex or Spinosaurus eggs with an hour-long incubation, six raptor eggs with a shorter wait, and larger clutches for some small species. Timers stop when the world is not running. Leave room around growing dinosaurs and avoid building the entire enclosure beside an infected spawning area.
