Upon loading into the game, you are given a character select book. The book also contains a guide that teaches you mechanics, character guides and general add-on information.
Combat Mechanics/Gameplay
[Fatigue | Cursed Energy | Output]
The core gameplay of the add-on focuses on these three stats.
[Fatigue]
- Fatigue starts from 0% and increases each time a technique is cast. (Stronger Technique = Higher Fatigue)
- Fatigue scales technique cooldowns (Higher Fatigue = Longer Cooldowns)
- Fatigue scales technique Cursed Energy costs (Higher Fatigue = Techniques Require More Cursed Energy)
- Reaching 100% and above leads to [Burnout] which disables your innate Cursed Technique
(Burnout lasts for 8 seconds)
[Cursed Energy]
- Essentially your "mana", casting techniques require different amounts of Cursed Energy
[Output]
- Output scales your technique damage. (Higher Output = More Damage)
- Output decides Reverse Cursed Technique strength. (Higher Output = Stronger Healing)
- Output decides how fast you regenerate Cursed Energy (Higher Output = Faster Cursed Energy Regen)
- Output scales character abilities (Speed, Jump Height, Strength, Dash Distance, Health Boost, etc..)
Black Flash

A rare phenomenon that only occurs 1% of the time. Triggering a Black Flash increases one's Output by 20% and removes ALL Fatigue per hit. Any opponent hit by a Black Flash loses 10% Output and gains 5% Fatigue per hit. Chaining these hits become easier as you land more and more. 1% for the first one, 30% for the second, 60% for the third and 90% to trigger the (final) 4th Black Flash before the odds reset back to 1%.
[Reverse Cursed Technique]
A toggle skill that heals the user. Its effectiveness scales with [Output].
[Reverse Cursed Technique Sneak]
Sneaking before using RCT is considered "Alternate Reverse Cursed Technique", it's a high-risk high-reward move that's used to reduce Fatigue and reset Output. It only grants temporary health effects that do not scale with Output. This is best used upon reaching Burnout.
- If Output is below 100% but above 11%, Alt RCT restores it to 100%
- If Output is 10% and below, Alt RCT restores it to 50%
- If Fatigue is 100% and above, Alt RCT reduces it to 90%
- If Fatigue is 99% and above 51%, Alt RCT reduces it to 30%
- If Fatigue is 50% and below, Alt RCT reduces it to 1%
[Simple Domain]
Activating this technique protects a user from an enemy domain and its sure-hit effects. It lasts for 7-seconds and needs to be reactivated again for continuous protection.
[Domain Clashes]
If a user casts their Domain Expansion, you can "clash" with them by casting your own. This prevents any of your domains from manifesting until one of you receives too much punch/melee damage. Whoever receives more punch damage loses the clash. So, get ready to throw hands!
[High Jump & Dash]
Sneaking then jumping triggers a high jump. Sneaking longer than 1-second and then jumping triggers a dash. Both scale with Output.
Characters/Skillsets
[Satoru Gojo Skillset]
[Six Eyes]
Technically Gojo's Passive. Six Eyes allows the user to do many things, the main advantage of having it is getting reduced Cursed Energy cost for casting techniques. It gives the user Night Vision, immunity to Blindness and Darkness. Get reduced cooldowns for techniques, lesser Fatigue build up and without it, using the rest of the Limitless Cursed Technique is next to impossible.

[Infinity]
The neutral form of Limitless. It creates an invisible barrier around Gojo preventing any harm from reaching him literally making him untouchable. This can break when faced with an opponent that uses [Domain Amplification] while its durability scales with Output.

[Lapse Blue]
A blue orb that creates negative space that forces reality to correct itself by filling it with the surroundings, almost like a black hole. Entities are pull into it and dealt damage that scales with [Output].
[Lapse Blue Sneak]
Sneak Using the item while the orb is active makes Gojo teleport to where the orb is.

[Reversal Red]
The opposite of Lapse Blue where instead of attraction, it's repulsion. It moves forward and aggressively launches nearby entities and destroys its path dealing damage that scales with [Output] and explodes upon expiration.
[Reversal Red Sneak]
Sneak Using the item while the orb is active makes Gojo detonate the orb early.

[Hollow Purple]
The opposite of Lapse Blue where instead of attraction, it's repulsion. It moves forward and aggressively launches nearby entities and destroys its path dealing damage that scales with [Output] and explodes upon expiration.
[Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void]
A closed domain that traps users within the very concept of Limitless. Targets affected are flooded with Infinite information, stunning them and preventing them from doing anything. Their Output is reduced and their Fatigue is increased to the level of [Burnout].
[Ryomen Sukuna Skillset]

[Dismantle]
An invisible slash attack that travels a set distance dealing damage to anything in its way and that damage scales with Output. It also cuts down the environment as it travels.
[Dismantle Barrage] (Dismantle Sneak)
Sneaking before using [Dismantle] switches it to [Dismantle Barrage]. This allows you to essentially rapid fire Dismantle slashes at the cost of shorter travel distance, slower travel speed, weaker damage scaling and higher Fatigue addition.

[Cleave]
Activating this technique empowers your melee attacks for a temporary period. It's a an attack that adjusts it's strength depending on the target to kill them in one slash. The stronger the opponent, the more Cursed Energy is required and the higher Fatigue is added. However, it cannot kill certain targets that have really high durability (Gojo) or are using [Reverse Cursed Technique]. Unlike Dismantle, this slash attack require physical contact.

[Cleave: Spiderweb] (Cleave Sneak)
Sneaking before using [Cleave] triggers [Cleave: Spiderweb], an AOE-attack that cuts down a part of the environment as well as dealing damage to targets nearby. It slows down affected targets temporarily.

[Divine Flames]
A mid-ranged projectile attack that explodes upon impact or expiration. It has limited range and can explode without hitting a target that is too far.

[Domain Amplification]
Temporarily disable your Cursed Techniques to give yourself the ability to punch through Gojo's [Infinity] with enough hits. That's the primary use of this technique (for now).
[Domain Expansion: Malevolent Shrine]

A barrierless domain that manifests a demonic shrine. It uses both [Cleave] and [Dismantle] to relentlessly shred anything caught within its range. Due to it lacking a barrier, targets can escape its range IF they manage to survive the constant slashes. Manifesting this domain also enhances Sukuna's [Divine Flames]
[Enhanced Divine Flames]
Way more destructive than the regular Divine Flames. It can fly faster, travel further, deal fatal damage the closer you are to the center of the explosion and it has almost no cooldown allowing Sukuna to secure kills from targets who wish to escape his domain.
[Yuji Itadori Skillset]
Passive Skills
[Vessel of The King] (Passive 1)
- Left, Right, Goodnight
The first effect of this passive. Yuji's punches deal 18 points of damage and scales with Output. - Built Different
The second effect of this passive. Yuji can perform the same feats as Gojo and Sukuna in terms of physical abilities. These include their speed, jump and dash on a weaker degree at first BUT Yuji has a higher limit than both of them allowing him to surpass them at their peak. (e.g if all three were at 1000% Output, Yuji is faster, can jump higher and dash farther) - Plot Armor
I wish I was joking, but no. The third effect of this passive. If Yuji's health drops below 2.5 hearts, he gains a temporary 80% damage reduction, absorption and regeneration almost to the same level as RCT ultimately saving him from death. Not to be confused with an "Extra Life" though. Yuji can still be one-shot if the damage exceeds Yuji's entire health pool.
[The One Blessed By The Sparks of Black] (Passive 2)
Essentially, instead of only having a 1% chance to trigger a Black Flash. Yuji has an initial 6% chance to do so. While everyone can only chain up to 4 Black Flashes before their odds reset to 1%, Yuji can chain up to 8. The reason being is that after Yuji hits the 4th Black Flash, his next 4 hits are GUARANTEED to trigger the effect.

[Manji Kick]
It's a counter skill that upon activation gives Yuji a 2-second window where if an enemy punches him, he knocks them back, deals damage and stuns them temporarily. Damage, distance and stun duration scales with Output.

[Divergent Fist]
Activating this technique wraps Yuji's fists with Cursed Energy empowering his next punch. The target punched receives an initial damage from Yuji's punch and after a short delay, a follow-up impact deals more damage and knocks them back. Distance and damage of the second impact scales with Output. This ability can be spammed as long as Yuji punches a target, otherwise it'll trigger a longer cooldown.

[Soul Cleave]
Activating this technique empowers Yuji's next 5 melee attacks. These slashes directly target the soul and targets hit gets their Output reduced by 1% each slash. Opponents who rely on [Soul] are directly countered by this technique.

[Blood Spit]
Yuji can perform basic Blood Manipulation Cursed Techniques. By sacrificing a small part of his HP, he spits out a blood projectile that blinds a target once it hits them.

[Erupt Blood]
Yuji can detonate the projectile upon using this technique to blind the target again. If the projectile did not hit a target, it has a small AOE that can blind targets nearby.
[Domain Expansion: Final Station]

A closed barrier that initially manifests a train station allowing targets to choose their destination. "North, to become anew" and "South, to remain as you are". Players who choose to go north die as the domain manifests. Players who choose south will be transported into a snowy arena where they are forced to fight in hand-to-hand combat against Yuji. Yuji's punches are automatically infused with the effects of [Soul Cleave].
